When a customer uses their Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card, most shipments are processed within 2 weeks. Shipments will be sent to the same address as the customer's credit card statements are sent. If the customer's ship to address is different than their credit card address then both addresses need to be listed on order form with an explanation. Money orders and certified bank checks are accepted and most shipments are processed within 2 weeks. Personal and business checks are accepted but we do wait approximately 12 business days for checks to clear before customer's order is processed for shipment. When sending a money order, certified bank check, business, or personal check please make out to Sandi's Metal Arts and send to: 1024 Pineview drive, Vinton, Virginia 24179. No two party checks are accepted. A $25.00 check return fee will be charged to customers for each returned check. 5% Sales tax is collected on orders being shipped to Virginia. SHIPPING OF ORDERS: In most cases we ship using FedEx. Orders are sent FedEx ground or home delivery. Air delivery will be an extra charge and a quote will be emailed. No shipments will be sent C.O.D. International orders will be given a shipping quote via email for approval. RETURN POLICY: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can email Sandi and a refund minus a 20% fee of the purchase price will be issued when Sandi is contacted by email no later than two weeks after purchase. A return shipment label will be sent to you and merchandise must be in original packing container. Sandi can not guarantee refund after this two week time frame.
